During lunchtime on Fridays, there are meditation classes and guided meditation sessions. Come along and practise with us to develop a mind that will always remain composed, at ease and alert. For outdoor sessions (amongst the pines of Somerville Auditorium or beside the waters of Matilda Bay), just bring along a cushion or rolled-up towel to sit on, and be dressed in comfortable clothing.
No previous experience required – All are welcomed!
